Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fair Dinkum Deals. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition
In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. A refund or store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@fairdinkumdeals.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

How to Start a Return

Email info@fairdinkumdeals.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider. You can contact us either at info@fairdinkumdeals.co.au or call us at 1300 571 296.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. personal care products, items with broken seals) cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
