The Mountainhiker 16L Cooler Box is a well-built portable insulated box designed for camping, fishing, picnics, beach trips, and road travel. The PU foam insulation layer keeps contents cold for up to 48 hours — significantly longer than basic foam coolers — while the food-grade PP construction keeps everything safe and healthy inside.

At 16 litres, it holds enough food and drinks for a day out without being too bulky to carry. The reinforced carry handle makes it comfortable to transport, and the snap fastener lid lock keeps it sealed on the move. Available in Gray and Green.

PU Foam Insulation — Up to 48 Hours

The walls and lid are lined with a PU foam insulation layer that maintains cold temperatures for 12 to 48 hours depending on ambient conditions and ice quantity. The PE lid and PP shell work together to minimise heat transfer, making this a genuine alternative to electric coolers for day trips and overnight camps.

Food-Grade PP Construction

The shell, inner liner, handle, and lid are all made from food-grade PP (polypropylene) — safe, non-toxic, and easy to clean. No unpleasant odours or chemical leaching into your food and drinks.

Double Cup Holder Lid

The wider box lid features a double cup holder design — keep two drinks within reach on top of the cooler without needing a separate table. The lid also has tie-down straps for securing extra items on top and expanding your storage options at camp.
